By using ZephyrLifeOS, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and specific to how the app actually works.
Who you're contracting with
ZephyrLifeOS is operated by ApexRevStudios, an independently-run software business based in Singapore. These terms are between you and ApexRevStudios.
The app
ZephyrLifeOS is a personal budgeting and finance-tracking tool. It's a tool to help you organize and understand your own finances — it does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as such.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use ZephyrLifeOS. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to legally enter into these terms to create an account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free tier: available indefinitely, supported by ads.
- Paid tiers (Gold, Platinum): billed on a recurring basis through Stripe via RevenueCat. Each includes a 7-day free trial — limited to one trial per account across both plans, regardless of which one you start it on.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.
- Stripe acts as merchant of record for these transactions and handles applicable sales tax/VAT/GST collection according to your billing location.
Your data
The financial data you enter belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's used, including how your data may be transferred and processed outside Singapore.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to store or process data you don't have the right to, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it for the purpose of building a competing product from our code.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexRevStudios' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ZephyrLifeOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, even if we've been advised of the possibility.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us below; if that fails, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. This does not limit any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where practical, we'll notify active subscribers by email.
